Recently, we have had reports of Google Chrome freezing when creating a new address in the system, particularly when entering in the street address.

To resolve this issue, users would just need to clear the Autofill Form Data. To do this, click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the Chrome Browser, then click History, then Clear Browsing Data. At the top, click on the Advanced tab. Make sure the Autofill Form Data is selected, then click Clear Data.
