Broker TMS - New Feature: Carrier Settlements

User Issue:

When brokers assign a trip or dispatch to a carrier there is no easy way to track which loads have been and paid and which ones still need to be paid.  

Solution:

Carrier settlements will create an easy way to tack payment history for carrier payments, and brokers will be able to see which carriers need to still be paid.

Note:  This feature will only work for dispatches/trips created after 1-23-24.  For trips that were created before this feature was deployed, users will need to edit/save them to make them available in Carrier Settlements.
