TMS & ELD - New Feature: Driver Notification

User Issue:

Dispatchers would like to be able to send a notification to the driver if the load details have changed.

Solution:

When the driver has the trip set as an active trip in the ELD mobile app, and the dispatcher makes an edit to that trip, there will be a notify driver button to send a message to the driver.  The driver will see his notification icon turn from green to yellow, then the driver can view the message.
