TMS - New PRO Feature: No Load Invoice

User Issue:

Sometimes users need a way to create an invoice that is not associated with a load.

Scenario:

Sometimes there is a load that gets cancelled, and the carrier needs to create an invoice for TONU (truck ordered not used).

Solution:

This feature is only available in the PRO version.

When creating an invoice, after you click the create an invoice button there is a new button at the top for No Load Invoice.  After you click that, just fill out the form with the required info to create an invoice without needing to create a planned load and trip.
