They are for us, when we go to create a new settlement and we drop down, all the inactive drivers still show.

Invoicing with 1 file
Is there a way to be able to email the invoices as one file w/the BOL & rate con instead of 3 different PDF files? I am getting more and more clients requesting only one file with the invoice.
