Enhancement Suggestion: Better Text Formatting for Driver Instructions

I would like to suggest an improvement for the Driver Report section.

When we enter detailed pickup instructions, safety notes, directions, and photo requirements, the system displays everything in one long block of text. This makes it difficult for drivers to read and understand the information clearly, especially when they are on the road and checking the app from their phone.

It would be extremely helpful if TruckingOffice allowed:

• Line breaks • Bullet points • Section spacing • Bold text for important items • Better formatting in the Driver Report view

This would make instructions much clearer and reduce mistakes at shippers and receivers. Our drivers depend on this information, and better formatting would improve safety, accuracy, and communication.
