We should have the capability to include fuel or other expenses for empty moves and the option to attach files to the move.

  I still can update fuel I can do on CSV format and my miles' for driver is not correct all the time I need to check  always

  I agree. It shouldn't be grayed out and should allow for expenses on empty moves.
