TMS - Fuel expense can now be routing stops when added to a trip

When adding a fuel expense to a trip you can now easily check a box to add it to the routing which makes mileage more accurate.  It also helps with making sure the IFTA miles are correct.

When building this feature the process for adding a fuel expense changed a little bit.  The form opens up on a different screen now which makes it easier to manage. 

Small changes to the process, but a lot of changes to the code that runs it.  All to make it easier and more accurate for you.
