TMS - Some formatting changes deployed

We deployed some formatting updates for the top navigation bar.

On the create expense form and the create invoice form the date selection calendar was difficult to use because the buttons to toggle from month to month were hard to see and click.  We made those buttons larger and changed the color to blue.
