Invalid Email

Question: When I try to sign in, I keep getting the error message of Invalid Email...

Answer: The email is case sensitive..make sure the first letter is lowercase (if you are using an iPhone or tablet, the first letter will often automatically be capitalized). Also, if you are using auto-fill, try without it...sometimes auto-fill will add a space at the beginning or end of the email.
