New- Dashboard alert, fuel expenses without gallons

Users will now see a dashboard alert when there are fuel expenses without gallons. This will help users to easily locate the fuel expenses without gallons that they may have missed. Click on the "View" button on the dashboard alert to access those expense entries-then you will be able to edit the expense and add the gallons.
