Question: When I save a dispatch/trip, I sometimes get a route clarification page. What does this mean?
Answer: You will get the route clarification page if you have multiple pickups/deliveries on the same day. This is asking you to put them in order to the way they happened. You can use the "move up" and "move down" buttons to rearrange them if needed. Once they are in order, click Save.
