"Leave Truck" button

Question: What is the "Leave Truck" button used for?

Answer: The Leave Truck button is used whenever the driver leaves the truck with the device. For instance, if the driver is going to lunch, he/she would need to click "leave truck" to disconnect the ELD from the device. When he/she returns, click "reconnect". Failure to do this may result in a malfunction if the device is disconnected for more than 30 minutes in a 24 hour period.
