- Power compliance malfunction: When the ELD is not powered for “an aggregated in-motion driving time of 30 minutes or more” during a 24-hour period.
- How to resolve: The malfunction will go away after 24 hours of the incident provided that the device didn’t lose connection for more than 30 minutes in that time period.
- How to prevent: Before a driver leaves the truck and will be gone for 30 minutes or longer, he/she must click the “leave truck” button within the app. When the driver returns, he/she will click "reconnect"
