Question: How do I add a customized message to appear on every invoice?
Answer: Click on Profile (in the top black navigation bar), then click Edit Options in the top left corner. Toward the bottom, you will see "Invoice Options". Here, you can enter your starting trip number, invoice terms, late charge, and an invoice message that will appear on every invoice.
If you want to add a message to individual invoices, there is a section that says "customer required info" when you are adding your trip/dispatch. Anything entered in that section will appear on that specific invoice only.
