A Portion Of the Trip has No Load-error message

Question: I'm trying to add a trip and I'm getting the error message "a portion of the trip has no load". What does this mean?

Answer: On the Pro version, when you are adding a trip, you will only select ONE planned load to be on a trip at a time. The exception to that rule is if you are entering an LTL (multiple loads from different customers on the same truck at the SAME time), then you can select multiple planned loads to be on the same trip.

"A portion of the trip has no load" simply means that the truck is empty during part of the trip. If the truck is empty at any point, you would need to create separate trips for each planned load.
