When I type the first two letters of my customer/shipper/consignee’s name, it doesn’t show up in the pull down menu

The program won’t recognize a period in the first two letters of a name, so C.H. Robinson won’t appear in the pull down menu.  Simply search by Robinson or the city they are located in and you will always find them.
