How do I change the mileage on the Invoice?

Question: The mileage that TruckingOffice displays on the Invoice is slightly different than what I want to Invoice the customer, how can I change this?

Answer: TruckingOffice uses the industry standard routing program called PC*Miler to estimate the mileage. Sometimes you may wish to change the Invoice mileage or dollar amount to exactly match what the shipper is actually paying for the Dispatch. If you use the Flat Fee on the Dispatch then you can charge the correct amount and just not use the PC*Miler miles for the invoice. You can also enter information about the load in the customer required info. field on the dispatch page and it will display on the invoice.
