Using the Clone button

Question:  What is the Clone button?

Answer:  Clone buttons can be found under the Dispatch and Expense areas to assist you in entering data and save time.  Often you will have the same Dispatches and Expenses occurring over and over.  The Clone button allows you to create a copy of an existing Dispatch or Expense with all the data already entered.  Just change the dates, etc to update it as needed.
