TMS - New Feature: Tracking Dwell Time

User Issue:

With detention time always being a big issue for truckers, we need a good way to consistently track how much time drivers spend getting load and unloaded so that we can bill for detention time effectively.

Solution:

When the ELD driver arrives at the shipper/consignee they can use their Current Trip page to update the arrival.  This will automatically be recorded in the TMS for the ELD arrival time on the Load View page.  The same process is used to record when the driver is finished getting loaded or unloaded so that they total dwell time at that location can be documented.
