TMS - New Feature - Add Custom Accessory Fees

User Issue:

Sometimes users need to be able to add several custom accessory fees, so that they can be itemized on the invoice.

Solution:

Users can now add up to 10 custom accessory fees, and they will show up on the load profit and loss section as well as on the invoice for the load.
