Question: On my Dashboard, I have a status alert that says I have dispatches without miles. What do I do?
Answer: First, check to see if you have PC Miler on your account. To do this, click on Profile, then Subscription. You will see a "billing details" section. If PC Miler is not listed, you will click on "premium features" and click the selection box next to PC Miler, then click Save.
Next, to update the previous trips to include PC Miler Miles, on the dashboard page, you will click "update" on the status alert that shows that you have dispatches without miles. From there, it will bring up a list of those dispatches. You will click Edit, then Save on each of those dispatches. It will automatically update them to include PC Miler automatic miles.
