You can set up driver pay based on a percentage of the load's primary fee, but I'm not sure what you mean by calculate the difference for invoicing.

Official comment A new settings control panel for dashboard alerts was deployed today. You can now turn off any or all of the dashboard alerts for invoices.

Official comment There is a space to add delivery times or appointment times for drivers that is included on the trip reports and on the upcoming trips in the ELD mobile app.
