Time for delivery

Being able to put delivery time in dispatches would be helpful for the drivers.  This would also be helpful to see on the dashboard page.

  There is a space to add delivery times or appointment times for drivers that is included on the trip reports and on the upcoming trips in the ELD mobile app.
