If you are using the Pro version there is a report for this. 

When you edit a truck you can click on show optional fields.  Then you can set these dates for each truck, and you will get dashboard alerts for them. 

You can send to more than one email address.  Please contact support if you need assistance with that.  Thanks. 

In the settlement details you will find the miles at the bottom of the settlement.

The best way to do this is to use the owner operator contracts to set up special pay conditions.

Are you saying that you have more than one expense per maintenance log?  You could still itemize them in the description then add the total in the amount field for the total amount for that expense...

What fuel card are you using? 

This has been deployed.  Sort expenses by Fuel category, and you will see gallons.  Thanks for the suggestion. 

We deployed our API for Highway, and sent them all of the documentation that they requested.  You can now check in with them to see when the integration will be completed.
