Maintenance Log /Truck Expense
It would be nice to convert an expense to a Maintenance Log Entry or vice versa. We do inhouse maintenance and I have to log our maintenances but also create an expense for it for parts/mechanic pay. Would be nice if I can convert one to the other so I can have it in my maintenance log and also create it as an expense. Maybe like a “Clone as an Expense” button when I create the maintenance log?

You do not need to create an expense for Maintenance Logs because they are already considered expenses. They will be included on your reports as expenses.

Yes. But I'm still making 2 separate things. I'm making the expense showing what we pay for parts/supplies and listing towards maintenance. Then I'm creating a maintenance log so I can pull up my quarterly maintenance report. Would be great if while creating the expense, we had a button to export that expense to a maintenance log.

Are you saying that you have more than one expense per maintenance log? You could still itemize them in the description then add the total in the amount field for the total amount for that expense. You don't have to do both.
