We are currently working on the set up for Highway.  It should have that ready soon.  We'll look into more fuel card integrations. 

You do not need to create an expense for Maintenance Logs because they are already considered expenses.  They will be included on your reports as expenses.

You can set drivers to exempt with a reason in the driver section on the web portal.  

The balance due goes to zero, but the paid on date is left blank.  That is because the charges were not paid in full, and you can easily see which ones were marked uncollectable. 

We added an option for other revenue in the invoice section.  You will find the button at the top of the invoice list.

If this other income was included in the reports it would affect the trucker stats.  Would you want it included there or just in the reports that do not do the per mile stats?

Inactive drivers should not be showing up when creating trips or driver settlements.  Are you sure that you entered their termination date?
