Why are my miles not showing?

Question: My IFTA report shows 0 miles even though I've been entering my trips. Why are the miles not calculating?

Answer: Make sure you have PC Miler by clicking Profile, then Subscription, then Premium Features and select PC Miler. PC Miler is what allows the software to automatically calculate the miles and sort them state-by-state. You can add PC Miler by clicking Profile, then Subscription, then Premium Features. Without PC Miler, you would need to manually enter the miles. Once you've added it, you can edit/save each trip to update them.
