Customer Type

Question: I'm adding a new customer into the system and I see "customer type" with "3PL, broker, and direct customer". What is this used for?

Answer: This is optional. The Customer Type that you choose will be reflected in the Customer Report. The Customer Report will show you which customer type you are the most profitable with (brokers, 3PL, or direct customers). Aside from that, the customer report will also show the top 25 customers that you are the most profitable with.
