Why are the email status removed from invoicing before we have entered payment?

why are you removing email status of invoices before they are paid? we have no way of proving receipt of email for late fees

Edit miles
When adding miles in manually it doesn't crossover into the loads once added. So if you have a 100 miles and needed to add in loaded or empty miles manually it doesn't crossover to the load
