Is there a way to be able to email the invoices as one file w/the BOL & rate con instead of 3 different PDF files? I am getting more and more clients requesting only one file with the invoice. 

I really need to be able to make deductions with team drivers.   

It would be nice to be able to add a note on the driver settlements. We currently have to "add a deduction" & put it under a category named "NOTE".
