Dispatches
Currently all dispatches are tracked by the truck number only. We should have a way to enter the trailer number for the dispatches also if we want to.

Monthly revenue report
It currently displays the rolling 12 month history. We would like to be able to run reports to display more historical data such as 1-1-09 to 12-31-09.
