Lease purchase invoice

I am seeking a way to add expenses to an invoice (similar to the Quickpay Button) that will reduce the invoice total. I was advised to use the Quickpay button, however, I want to show the expense name, not Quickpay. I'm a leased to a company that deducts truck payments, fuel, etc all on one settlement.
