You need to modify the fsc feature so we have a box to ck say "pay to driver" . Owner ops get fsc and company drivers don't . We need this modified

  In the driver pay section you can create an owner operator pay contract and set that up per driver.  On the driver list page look for the button at the top that says contracts.  This will allow you to pay the driver the fsc.
