Add linehaul to ratecon for dispatch via email

Please add the option to show the linehaul on the RC we create in trucking office for each trip when we email the driver. Our drivers are paid by % of linehaul and the driver needs to see how much the linehaul is or how much they are making in % for the load. Preferably just display the linehaul to the driver.
