Block a customer.

Hi TruckingOffice Support, I wanted to know if there is a way to block a customer or broker in TruckingOffice so that no one on our team can accidentally book a load for them. Ideally, we would like a warning or pop-up message to appear whenever someone selects that customer, displaying a message such as: "This customer is blocked. Reason: Payment issues. Please do not book any loads without management approval." Is there an existing feature in TruckingOffice that supports this? If not, is there a recommended workaround or is this something that could be added as a future feature? Thank you, and I look forward to your response.
