Owner/Operator Category

We need a category for Owner/Operators, much like the broker category, but that will continue to show the mileage/fuel costs for IFTA.  Along with this there needs to be a category for Admin/Overhead costs that doesn't calculate into the owner/operators percentage paid (operates like the fuel surchage).

We have several Owner/Operators leased on to the company.  We take on the responsibility of all safety regulations, drug testing, Insurance, and IFTA for these drivers.  Our practice is to take out an Administrative fee from the top of each load in order to cover these costs.  However if we show that cost in the Accessory Fees, it still gives them a percentage of that fee.  We need it built in like the Fuel Surcharge where it doesn't give them a percentage and they don't even see the deduction.
