ELD Break Times

There needs to be an added feature of letting the drivers choose a time to take a break.  Currently it is just running out the clock up to the time to take a break.  It is inconvenient and unsafe for the drivers.  Adding the feature to take the break when they choose would be a better option.  When they know a break is coming up they can select to take it when they stop for fuel and in a safe location.
