Adding an additional charge field to the dispatch

I charge per diem and chassis charges to my customers after they have been invoices for the load.  I would like to be able to add an additional charge field where I can describe the type of charge for the load (i.e. Per Diem, Chassis) and I would like for my invoice to show that charge as a line item on my invoice.
