Removing the Trucking Office Advertising when sending Invoices to customers

IT is not too professional to send an Invoice with the Trucking Office advertising in it.  IT will be best if we are giving the option to remove the "TruckingOffice makes it easy. http://www.truckingoffice.com/"

Please consider it.
