Tax Deduction

We are currently trying to figure out how to get our drivers a benefit package together. We need to have taxes deducted from their paycheck. There is no option for that and would love to keep this software, but we need an option for that. Is there a way we could possibly do a percentage deduction? Or possibly a tax deduction added?

  A section for taxes from Driver's settlements would be awesome! Maybe a box could be checked that could indicate if the Driver is subject to tax deductions or not.  I'm not sure how this connects with quickbooks.
