Add a report feature for consolidating all driver settlements for a chosen period, detailed with all additions and deductions.

  I just had the same request from a driver - to provide him a consolidated report of his loads with deductions and final payout.  This thread was posted 2 years ago.  Was this report created?  I don't see anything like this in the Reports tab.
