Memo's on invoices

Some invoices have required a memo on the invoice (requested by our customers). 

I can't find a way to do this. I had to add it to the client name which is 100% not ideal or desirable.

  Hello! 

  When you are entering your load information, there is a section under pickup that says "customer required info". Anything entered in this field will appear on the invoice.

  I have the same problem. Can’t add note or memo to the invoice.
