Map View for Dispatchers

I would like to my dispatchers to have a view of all trucks on a map.  Currently only the owner has access to the driver locations.  My dispatchers need this information more then I do as a company owner.

  This was fixed and deployed.  Users with the dispatcher role can now see the ELD maps and get the driver's real time location.
