Need ability to "blacklist" clients

After two years, I finally ran into a broker who has ghosted me.

Could you add an option that would allow us to blacklist a client so that dispatchers are alerted not to accept loads?  It would be nice if an alert popped up on the screen when the client is selected in the LOAD PLANNER.
