deduction for team drivers

So normally i run the ifta report and numbers come back fine.... However, I usually input the fuel expense per load. My question is, I'm going to be putting team drivers in a truck and the system doesn't allow you to put fuel expenses on a team load

I know I can enter the expenses manually on the driver settelment but will this effect my IFTA reports going forward?
