when I am uploading my BOL,s.. if I scan them into my computer i get a message that the file is too big.. intermittently. so I have to take a photo of the bol, send it to my email and doenload that and it will go in just fine. strande because when I do that I convert it into a pdf. what is the problem? It causes a lot of extra work for me

Please send the file to us for review. Send to support@truckingoffice.com. The system should be able to handle any type of document file.
You could also check the resolution settings on your scanner. It could be scanning at a very high resolution causing it to create a very large file.
