Chart of Accounts

Hi, 

If we enter several customers in advance to create our customer chart of accounts, then they don't show these customers in the “Customer Addresses” section. They only appear in the "All Addresses" section, but they are unclassified.

The only way a Customer appears in this section is when we create a load and enter it as a new customer. (The same goes for Consignees, Shippers, and Maintenance Vendors.

Is there an option to create our chart of accounts in advance?

We just migrated to this TMS Software, and it would be helpful if we could enter all our Customers, Consignees, Shipper, etc, in advance and not only over-entering under new loads.
