Driver Settlement Request
I would like the ability to see the actual load amount for each load prior to the drivers settlement to show my drivers what the load payed and then what their percentage of the load was payed to them.
As of now the drivers settlement only shows their pay not what the original load payed at the time it was booked. this confuses my driver's when i print up a settlement report and i have to print a separate report showing them what each load originally was booked for prior to their pay deduction.
Thank you for your time and support

This feature was developed and deployed. You should see the option when you run a new settlement. Let us know how it works out for you. :)

This is is like the third of fourth request like this. They don't seem to be interested in doing that.
What I do is, I created a deduction called "dispatch fee," and I manually calculate it and then add it as an expense. That way they see their gross pay minus the dispatch fee.

Would you guys want this for all types of driver or only owner operators?

I would like to see it for owner operators. Company drivers usually don't need to know the original rates.

Are you using the owner operator contracts? Maybe we could add a setting there to help with this.

I agree with Usora that some company's may not share that info with their drivers buy i would prefer It be an option to use for both types of settlements, we already share our Rate Cons with our drivers so they already know what the load pays, but it would be nice to be able to show that same gross figure totaled up in the settlement report. I will try Usora's work around for my next report in the meantime. The only problem with this work around, the profit loss report will be wrong unless you save all of the past created drivers settlements, which I do not currently.

This is currently being worked on. You will have an option to check a box when creating a settlement to show gross revenue on the settlement. I'll post an update when it goes live.
