ELD function
I am thrilled with the software for accounting purposes but the ELD not so much. It does NOT function well. Very slow to update where a driver is. My loads never say in transit when driver is running the load and it's getting very frustrated. I also, am a bit put out with a few of the technical customer service ppl I have talked to that want to preach at me about watching videos and studying the manual for the eld instead of just doing their jobs and helping me to resolve an issue. I'm pretty sure that's what they get paid for. But the eld is less than impressive. Keeptrucking is awesome and if I had not wanted the T.O. software for keeping records and building load and invoicing I would switch to keeptrucking right now!!

Hi Shelly, sorry to hear that you are frustrated with the ELD. For the system to show in transit the driver needs to check of the status at the shipper. Then when he is finished at the delivery he should check that box and the system will show delivered. The best way to get support is to send an email to us at support@truckingoffice.com.

The log needs to show when the driver is in violation of their log, this is really important for companies to identify if a driver is driving in violation of the allotted time for the day or the week.
